In Palworld, improving productivity is very important, so having the right Pals for each task will greatly improve efficiency, let's take a look at these Pals with outstanding task completion ability, hoping to help your game experience.
Palworld Pal : Best Pals For Lumbering
Wood is a very important resource in Palworld. This is probably the first resource you get when you join the game, and you always seem to need more.
Wood can also be used to build most of the base materials that you will use to build your base structure as well as all the essentials for your friends. In short, you can spend a lot of time cutting down trees yourself, or you can get some friends to do the hard work for you.
If you don't have many trees near your base, you can get a logging yard at level 7, which can cut down trees indefinitely.
Tanzee is a highly versatile companion in Palworld. They possess abilities and skills in planting, crafting, logging, transportation, and gathering. Although they are not particularly exceptional in any one task, they are willing to undertake a variety of different jobs, all of which are crucial for us, the players.
You can allow Tanzee to stay at your base and work on various tasks in Palworld. However, it is important to note that when it comes to specific logging tasks, they might get easily distracted and shift their focus to other assignments. Additionally, Tanzee has a relatively low capture difficulty, so you can have them as a member of your base team from the beginning, building a solid foundation for your gameplay.
Mossanda is a giant, panda-looking creature that can be found relatively quickly but takes some leveling up before you can actually capture it. These pals do attack you first, chasing you, but they are a bit slow and clumsy. They are tough to actually capture but for a pretty good reason.
Mossanda has two skills in planting, handiwork, and lumbering and three skills in transport. This allows them to very easily do these tasks around your base, though they are larger and do seem funny walking around! If you can capture one, you'll have a very hard-working pal on your side.
Gorirat are quite challenging to catch, as they are in an area full of harsh, aggressive pals and are pretty strong and aggressive themselves. There aren't any teleportation points near where they spawn, either, but if you are lucky, Gorirat might come and attack your base!
Gorirat excels in two aspects related to wood: craftsmanship and transportation. In terms of craftsmanship, Gorirat possesses excellent skills in working with wood, such as carving, shaping, and constructing wooden structures. They can create intricate designs and functional objects using various woodworking tools and techniques.
When it comes to transportation, Gorirat showcases its strength and agility in carrying heavy wooden logs or equipment. They can efficiently navigate through rugged terrain, ensuring the smooth and timely transport of wood from logging sites to desired locations.
With Gorirat's proficiency in both craftsmanship and transportation, they can be a valuable asset for any task related to wood in Palworld.
Mammorest has two points in lumbering, mining, and planting, making it a very useful pal when it comes to resources! If you mount onto them, you can improve your lumbering while on them, which can help you gather wood if you want to help out around the base yourself.
But!Mammorest is a very threatening pal that you can often find really close to your base. It has a massive health bar and is quite challenging to catch. It's actually considered a world boss, making it a rare pal to get on your side. But if you do, you can get a bit of a bonus out of mounting them!
Dinossom has two skill points in both planting and lumbering, meaning that they are very efficient in both. Planting is something that doesn't often have to be done around bases, so they won't be too distracted when it comes to helping out with the lumbering.
But here's the caveat,Dinossom is a little tricky to catch, as they are a rather big pal that can do a lot of damage. You'll need to increase your level a bit before catching them, but they aren't as challenging as catching a Mossanda, that's for sure.
Eikthydeer specializes in two skills related to wood, making them an ideal choice if you want uninterrupted logging. They are proficient in both felling trees and processing wood, making them a versatile companion for your logging needs.
You can also consider adding Eikthydeer to your team and utilizing their passive skills to maximize logging efficiency. With their expertise, they can help you become a better player in the field of logging.
Having Eikthydeer on your side allows you to benefit from their skills and abilities, achieving a balance between productivity and effectiveness in your wood-related tasks.
Eikthydeer is a very magical-looking pal that can be found just outside your base. They are easy to catch once you find some that are the same level as you. They tend to roam around in groups of two, so you could even bag two for your base if you are quick enough! They do have harsh attacks, but it's quite easy to see when they are attacking and dodge them.
Palworld Pal: Best Pals For Mining
One of the most important ingredients in Palworld besides wood is ore and stone, which are used in almost half of all crafts and site construction. By combining partner skills and mining skills, partners can help reduce the time it takes to swing a pick.
The first thing to introduce is Tombat.Tombat is a mix between a cat and a bat and is mostly active at night. Its partner skill is called Ultrasonic Sensor, allowing it to ping nearby pals when activated. Although it won't help you mine ores in the wild, it is best used for mining stone and ore at your base.
This is because it has both level two in mining and transporting, allowing it to quickly grind down stone and carry it to whatever storage it can reach. However, this does make it less useful mining at a stone pit, as there won't be anything to carry.
Followed by Fuddler.Fuddler is a short and stubby pal with massive claws and is best for keeping in your party while you search for ores and stone in the wild. This is because of its partner skill, Ore Detector, which pings nearby ore deposits on your minimap.
You can also set it to work on your base because it has a level in both mining and transporting, meaning you can have it join the line of pals in the stone pit if you don't have acces to higher mining levels.
The third one is Mammoth.A giant mammoth you've probably noticed wandering just outside the initial spawn, Mammorest is an excellent pal for both keeping in your party or setting to work on your base. With two levels in mining, planting, and lumbering, it's almost indispensable despite its size.
The fourth palworld pal is Rushoar. An early level pal and easy to catch, Rushoar is basically just a boar who is great for mining, specifically stone. Despite Rushoar only having a mining level of one, you can ride it to increase the efficiency of attacking stone deposits.
Although it doesn't break ore any faster, you can still attack it and save having to repair your pickaxe if you're low on ingots. It also doesn't require as much food as other pals on this list and is much easier to catch enough until you find a useful trait.
The fifth palworld pal is Penking. A large penguin with a sailor's cap, Penking is a water and ice pal with a surprising amount of base utility, which includes mining. With two levels in watering, handiwork, cooling, transporting, and mining, it's easy for Penking to fill multiple rolls.
For specifically mining, it's best to put Penking in a base with open rock so that it can both mine and transport quickly. The only problem with it is that it requires a large amount of food and can be hard to find in the wild.
The sixth palworld pal is Quivern.Quivern is a large, white dragon that can be flown as a mount and is excellent for open deposit base mining. Because it is one of the few pals with transporting three, it can quickly empty the ground of loose rocks after using mining 2 to clear the space.
Unfortunately, like Penking, Quivern can be both hard to find and catch, which makes attempting to find one with a trait that boosts work speed a grind. Although, with its mining skill, you can also just have it join the line on the stone pit.
The seventh palworld pal is Resembling.Resembling a flaming tortoise, Reptyro is one of the two pals best suited for mining. Like Mammorest and Rushoar, you can hitch a saddle to it and manually attack wild ore deposits to quickly and efficiently grind them to dust.
It also has a level three in mining, but no levels in transporting, which means you should prioritize making it dig at a stone pit when you need a lot of stone. However, when riding, it won't increase the efficiency of attacking stone.
The last palworld pal is Digtoise.Digtoise, also resembling a tortoise, is the best pal for mining ore and stone both in the wild and at your base. The main reason is because of its partner skill, Drill Crusher, which turns it into a mobile drill, automatically attack stone and ore.
This allows you to both attack the deposit at the same time, retrieving the material much quicker than any of the mounted pals. It also is the only other pal with a three in mining, allowing you to drop it off at the stone pit alongside Reptyro.
