To locate the Broncherry Aqua Alpha Boss, head to the coordinates -167, -447. The quickest way to reach that area is by fast traveling to the Sealed Realm of the Swordmaster and heading west into the water.
Keep in mind that while the Broncherry Aqua icon appears in the field, you won't find the boss above ground. Instead, make your way to the Shoal Mineshaft located below the water. Enter the mineshaft and navigate through the winding tunnel until you reach an open cavern where the Broncherry Aqua awaits.
