In Palworld, having cake is crucial for your barn. The main function of cake is to make your friends want to breed. Pals do not evolve into larger forms but have a system called breeding and fusion. This means that you can use two friends to create a new one, known as a hybrid. This is incredibly important, as it can help you make your Paldeck incredibly powerful.

The Method of Crafting Cakes

In Palworld, crafting cakes requires a certain quantity of the following ingredients:

Flour: 5
Red Berries: 8
Milk: 7
Eggs: 8
Honey: 2

Before you begin, you will also need to craft a cooking pot in which you can use these ingredients to make the cake.

The Method of Crafting Flour

In Palworld, players need to craft flour. First, you create a wheat plantation using wheat seeds. Then, you must build a mill at your base.This mill is crucial, as it helps convert harvested wheat into flour.

However, it's important to note that you should have specific wheat plants to efficiently obtain the most flour. The process of acquiring flour can be a bit cumbersome compared to other ingredients required in recipes.

Important tip! Flour, just like other food items, can spoil. To avoid waste, store flour in a refrigerator, for which you will also need ice packs to keep it cool.

The Method of Obtaining Red Berries

Getting red berries is quite easy, as you can find them in the starting area of Palworld. If you want more, you can create a berry plantation at your base.

There are two ways to acquire red berries:

The berry plantation serves as a special field where you can grow red berries. Capturing Capricornids: Another way is by capturing Capricornids and bringing them to your ranch. They also contribute to the production of red berries. Both methods are straightforward for obtaining red berries. Once you have them, you are only three ingredients away from crafting a cake in Palworld.

Location of Egg in Palworld

Obtaining eggs in Palworld is very easy. You can get them from Chikipis, companions that are scattered throughout the starting area, particularly in the low-level regions before the first fast travel point near your base.

To begin, capture a Chikipi and place it in your barn. Once you have Chikipis in your barn, they will regularly produce eggs for you. Chikipis are easy to capture, making eggs a readily available resource. Simply assign them to work in your barn, and they will continue to lay eggs.

Location of Milk in Palworld

You can find a place called Marzalinas that provides milk near the fast-travel point close to the canyon entrance. To locate this area, simply walk west from the Rayne Syndicate Tower.

There are two main ways to obtain milk:

capturing and killing Marzalinas, which can be found in the bamboo forest, particularly around coordinates -100, -440, or assigning Marzalina cheese production in your base's barn. By assigning your companions in the barn to produce Marzalina cheese using the required ingredients of milk, eggs, and honey, they will provide you with these items without you having to do much.

It's important to note that this is a reliable method for consistently having milk. However, if you're in a hurry or don't want to hunt yourself, you can also purchase milk from merchants in small settlements. I found the barn method to be simpler and more reliable, making it a good choice for obtaining milk in Palworld.

Location of Honey in Palworld

Obtaining honey is the final step in the process of getting cake in Palworld. To obtain honey, you need to hunt pals like cinnamons, beegardes, or Elizabees.

I highly recommend hunting beegardes, as they are more commonly found. You can find them in the northernmost part of the Rayne Syndicate Tower. If you capture beegardes, cinnamons, elizabees, or warsects, you can also bring them to your barn, and they will produce honey.

Important: Beegardes found near Gobfin's Turf around coordinates -150, 200 on the map can also produce honey when assigned to the barn. This is a slightly advanced area, so exercise caution when gathering ingredients there. It is safer to capture at least one beegard and use it to produce honey in your barn rather than hunting them for honey directly.
